A: We typically ship within 1-2 days of your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible and provide estimated delivery dates during the checkout process. You will get an email with tracking.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?


A: No, unfortunately we don't ship worldwide at this time.

A: We have sales and promotions intermittently. You will find them in our social media pages or via our emails.

 

Q: I live near you. Do you offer local pick up?

A: We do! We would love to save you shipping if you are near us in Queen Creek, Arizona. Simply put "Local Pick-Up" in the notes section and be sure to leave your email address. Our shipping team will contact you to arrange a contactless pick up and they will reimburse your shipping the day you pick up.

 

Q: Why is shipping so expensive?

A: Unfortunately we have no control over how much the mail carriers charge for shipping. We do check EVERY package and make sure you are getting the best rates with fast delivery and insurance coverage. We refund any overage if we find you cheaper rates.

 

Q: What is your return policy?


A: Please double check your size and color. We don't accept returns at this time.

 

Q: What are your sheets made of?

A: Our sheets are made of a breathable, super luxurious microfiber double brushed fabric. We worked for years with our manufacturer to create a product that we are proud of and that we think you will really love.
